The Sun God Festival is an accessible event for guests with disabilities. It is our mission to provide the best experience for all event attendees.

ADA Guest Services Hotline

Please feel free to call our ADA Guest Services Hotline at (858) 864-8242 to reach a liaison who will happily assist with providing a seamless Sun God experience. The ADA Guest Services Hotline hours are:

May 1 - May 15: 8am – 4pm
May 16 & May 17: 8am – 1am

Parking

For your convenience ADA parking will be available in 3 convenient locations for both the Sun God Festival and the Sun God Festival Box Office:

Lot P357 (Rady School) – Friday, May 17 only
Lot 304 (OceanView Terrace) – Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17
Hopkins Parking Structure – Thursday, May 16 only

Ticketing

Please call our Guest Services Liaison at (858) 864-8242 upon arrival at any of our ADA Parking Locations, ADA Event Entrances or the Sun God Festival Box Office for assistance with receiving your Sun God Festival wristband.

For UCSD Undergraduates: A valid UCSD undergraduate ID is required to receive a Sun God Festival wristband, while supplies last, subject to venue capacity.

For Guest Ticketholders: Your Sun God Festival ticket and a Photo ID are required to receive your Sun God Festival wristband.

Venue Access

The Sun God Festival offers 3 ADA Accessible event entrances to RIMAC Field:

ADA Ramp located on Ridgewalk
Main Festival Entrance at the RIMAC Ramp
Northpoint Drive entrance to Ridgewalk

Guests with disabilities who are parked in Lot 357, Lot 304 or the Hopkins Parking Structure may exit via the ADA Ramp from RIMAC Field to Ridgewalk at any time or please call (858) 864-8242 to request our ADA Guest Services team who can assist patrons with disabilities with entering or exiting the Festival via the elevator in the RIMAC Arena lobby.

Sun God Avenue Access

Access between RIMAC Field and the Sun God Avenue vendor village is available via 4 Yellow ADA ramps located along Hopkins Drive. Please see the Festival Map for exact ramp locations.

Seating & Restrooms

The Sun God Festival provides ADA seating areas throughout the Festival grounds, including reserved sections at each of our Stages:

Sun God Stage: Located at the center Mix Position
Midway: ADA Reserved seating will be designated with stickers
Dance Stage: Located at the Mix Position
ADA restrooms will be available at all public restroom areas at the Sun God Festival.

Assistive Listening Devices

The Sun God Festival offers Assistive Listening Devices upon request. Please contact the ADA Guest Services Hotline for more information.
